Make Your Mark as a Jewish Leader

IMPACT’s wide variety of leadership development programs help hone the talents and skills you’ll need to lead the next generation of vibrant, active young Jews. These educational opportunities allow members to make a real impact in the community, as well as interact with the movers and shakers of Jewish Baltimore.

Young Leadership Council (YLC)

Through YLC’s two-year program, participants enhance their leadership skills while learning even more about THE ASSOCIATED, its agencies and the Baltimore Jewish community. This intensive program provides training and enhances skills through sessions with nationally recognized speakers. These well-respected leaders address issues affecting the Jewish community and offer advice about the tools and techniques you'll need to lead effectively.

Participants also observe our agency boards in action and help to develop and implement programs of their own. YLC graduates go on to serve in leadership positions with IMPACT and throughout the community.

Dor Tikvah—Generation of Hope

This two-year program is especially for women who wish to further develop their leadership skills. The program includes ten meetings each year, a tikkun olam project and phoning sessions. Members work with ASSOCIATED professionals throughout their two years to develop a personal leadership track.
