The graduate programs of Baltimore Hebrew University have been integrated into Towson University. Baltimore Hebrew Institute at Towson University has three main areas of focus: 1) supporting the growing Judaic studies degree programs and courses at Towson University, 2) cultivating a vibrant, cohesive community for MA and PhD students in Judaic studies, 3) providing adult learners with an array of continuing education course offerings, special programs and community lectures in Judaic studies. BHI affiliated Towson University students enrolled in the Jewish Studies, Jewish Education and/or Jewish Communal Service graduate programs have access to BHI's need- and merit-based scholarship and fellowship opportunities. In addition, BHI supports the growth of the former Joseph Meyerhoff Library at Baltimore Hebrew University, now housed in its entirety on the 2nd floor of the Albert S. Cook Library of Towson University.

The Baltimore Jewish Council works closely with local, state and federal authorities, as well as other ethnic and faith groups, to build strong partnerships that support the interests of the Jewish community. The BJC also helps identify and secure funding from federal, state and local governmental sources for THE ASSOCIATED and its agencies.

The Center for Community Engagement and Leadership is charged with providing leadership and direction towards the facilitation of the Baltimore Jewish community’s leadership and engagement needs. The Center will work in collaboration with THE ASSOCIATED, Associated agencies as well as non- Associated organizations including synagogues in developing a coordinated approach towards leadership development, community engagement, and community outreach.

CHAI, THE ASSOCIATED's housing and community development agency, promotes stable communities for Jewish residents and their neighbors in Northwest Baltimore and other designated areas. Their many projects help create and maintain affordable housing, improve public spaces, encourage neighborhood investment and enhance quality of life. CHAI also develops and manages community housing for our community's growing elderly population, with residences that include Weinberg Gardens, Weinberg House, Weinberg Park, Weinberg Place, Weinberg Terrace, Weinberg Woods and two new buildings in development – Weinberg Village I and II.

Jewish Volunteer Connection (JVC) embraces the Jewish values of gemilut chasadim (acts of loving kindness) and tikkun olam (repair of the world) by coordinating the efforts of the Baltimore Jewish community's many volunteers. JVC works with individuals, agencies, congregations and community groups to facilitate ongoing and one-time volunteer placements and projects.

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital is a facility offering comprehensive, subacute and dementia care. Levindale's 120-bed specialty hospital also offers geropsychiatric care, acute rehabilitation and complex medical beds, some with ventilator capacity. In addition, Levindale operates two adult day care centers. Levindale meets transportation needs for senior citizens in the Park Heights area with the Northwest Senior Shuttle. (Levindale and Jewish Convalescent & Nursing Home merged in 1999.)
